Common Questions about Vacation Rental HomesCheck in and Check out time?
Our cottages are primarily Saturday to Saturday rentals.
Check in time is 4:00pm on Saturday and check out time is 10am the following Saturday.
May I bring a pet?
Some of our properties consider pet tenancies.
These cottages should provide this information on their webpages. With a pet tenancy there is a pet charge. The pet charge is not a deposit it is a fee for the additional risk and "wear and tear" that a pet tenancy bestows upon a property.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes! Linens and Towels are provided with all of our rental properties. The beds will be made with fresh linens and the bathrooms will be stocked with fresh towels.
Minimum Nights Stay
We specialize in weekly rentals. We have a four night minimum stay, which we really only prefer to defer to in the mid and low season weeks of May, June, September and October. Some of our homeowners may consider a four night minimum rental in the height months. The reservationist usually knows which cottages will be most prone to accepting less than week stays.
All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, endeavor to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations
