The Coffee Loft has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a claw-foot tub. The apartment is bright and airy with village and water views from the roadside facing windows and hardwood flooring throughout. The main living space is open for a combination of leisure and dining. The dining area has a table with four settings. The living area has a full-size couch and a comfortable arm chair. The kitchen in The Coffee Loft is small but well equipped. There is a compact refrigerator and stove, lobster kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. On the backside of The Coffee Loft, there is a newly-built deck with a patio set comfortable for two. There is also a gas grill for an outdoor cooking alternative. The Coffee Loft has wifi in place so guests can stay connected while away from home.

There are two bedrooms in The Coffee Loft. The first bedroom has two twin beds, a closet, a dresser, and a desk for a quiet work space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, a closet and access to the deck where you can enjoy some fresh air and a good book.
