ROCKY RIVER, OH, US
Reviewed: Oct 16, 2017
Property
I loved this quaint property. And 44 North has been one of my favorite things about the island since we first started visiting 4 years ago. It seemed like the perfect spot for us. In fact, I almost skipped visiting this year, until I saw the Coffee Loft. I told my husband it was a sign :) Coffee Loft worked out great for us, but I don't think this unit is for everyone. The coffee shop noises at 6am might bother others. Not really sure. We made enough noise of our own though, so we didn't mind. A couple other things that might drive away potential renters: the dorm-size fridge, no oven, no TV. None of these things bothered us, but they might be issues for others. This is our 4th annual visit to Stonington, and every time, I love it even more. It is truly a special place full of beautiful souls. I feel completely at peace in this little town. And, as I said, I loved this property. It couldn't have been more convenient for walking around town, grabbing a cup of the world's best coffee, or visiting "tiny town," as my kids call it. Plus it has a great view of the harbor. If I could convince my husband, I would move here in a heartbeat.
